The health event validation procedures have been approved by:

The Biobank, supported by INSERM, conforms to all current legislation regulations in France. It has been approved by :

  •  CNIL (dated 25/10/2010, n°1460707)

The collection of the social security number (NIR) from participating volunteers is intended for acquiring access to the SNIIRAM database and has been approved by:

  • The National Health Insurance Council (Conseil de la Caisse nationale de l’assurance maladie des travailleurs salariés, CNAMTS)  (dated 25/09/2012)
  • CNIL (Deliberation n°2012-260 of 19/07/2012 with an order from the State Council regarding the treatment of personal data for health research purposes within the NutriNet-Santé study (permit n°12013236)

The SAPRIS-SERO project aiming to collect and process data to study  health, perception, practices, relationships and social inequalities in the general populatin during the COVID-19 crisis has been approves by:

  • CNIL (Décision DR-2020-189 of 30/04/2020,  n° 920193)
